The list below shows SOME areas that we would like to build on, but we are always in need of volunteers in many other aspects to help with our charity . If you can help, please let us know - Tel: 0870 445 0356.

CABIN MAINTANENCE - Our branch relies on volunteers to assist with feeding and maintaining the cabins are kept clean. While on your rounds you will also be able to spend valuable time with each cat & kitten in our care.

FUNDRAISING - We need people who can dedicate some time to attending and organising fund raising events. We are always looking for new ways to draw people to our events, and in doing so make more money.

CHARITY SHOP - We have a new Charity Shop in Burscough and need volunteer shop assistance. We are also looking for goods to sell at our shop. If you can help call the shop direct on 01704 893393.

NEUTERING SCHEME - We need a volunteer to co-ordinate our neutering scheme. This will involve recording and contacting adopties, who have not forward their kittens neutering certificate to us.

ADMINISTRATION - All our information needs up-dating regularly.

VET RUNS - All our cats and kittens need regular checks and so vet runs are a regular part of our work. If you have your own vehicle and can spare some time each week, why not give us a call.

HOMING VISITS - All perspective adopties have to have a homing visit. You will be going into people's homes and assessing if the home and the people are suitable for the cat/kitten they wish to adopt. You will need your own transport, homing visit forms have to be completed on each visit and you will be give guide lines to work by. This is an essencial part of our work, can you help.

RECEPTION DUTIES - You would be their to meet and greet people as they come to look round and answer telephone enquiries. We particularly need this on Saturday's.
